The good thing about making compost is, that it is a relatively easy process that you can do it by yourself.You don't need to go to a market and buy compost ,you can just recycle your kitchen and garden waste and turn it into compost all by yourself.First you will need a container,any bin or even a plastic garbage bag will do just fine.Don't forget to drill a few small holes in the bottom of your container for aeration purpose.Now all you have to do is fill the container with organic material and wait.What can you use for composting?Almost anything like leaves,paper,dead plants,kitchen waste etc.You shouldn't use animal waste, meats, oils, dairy, diseased plants, weeds that have gone to seed, or plants treated with pesticides or herbicides to your compost .In order to speed up the process you should always add a small quantity of finished compost.Usually the compost process can take anything from 3 months to up one year depending on the weather conditions and the materials you have used.You will know that the process is done when the finised product is dark,brown and moist and none of the original materials can be identified. There are many sizes of containers that you can have or buy.

You can also buy a small one, which you can put it on your kitchen's table.
