1. You wake up often to visit the bathroom.
As we get older our bodies loose the ability to hold urine for longer period while we sleep, so one is forced to go use the bathroom but is unable to o back to sleep once the get back to bed and lie awake for the rest of the night.
How to solve this: - ensure that you don't take any fluids 3 hours to your sleep or eat food that has a lot of soup. Also go easy on alcohol, coffee and tea as they contain acids that can irritate your bladder. Then visit the bathroom before going to sleep. One is also required to visit the doctor incase the urination is caused by other health problems like prostate tumors, urinary tract infection and diabetes.
2. Waking up with a dry mouth and terrible mouth breath
