The idea of waking up early and beginning the day at or before the sunrise is big wish of many people but every change can be difficult, especially when you are up to makeover your daily routines. Start with a simple thing like relocating your alarm. If your alarm is near you, within arms reach of your bed and you can turn it off without getting out of bed, you are creating a difficult situation for yourself. It would be better if you move your alarm more far so you should get completely out of bed. If you go to the bathroom for example, to turn off the alarm, it is very sure that you will not come back to bed, but you'll wash your face or take a shower

Also you could make your alarm difficult to turn off if you place it on some peculiar place like under the sink or try a combination, for example in the other room, in a box that stands in drawer.

Forget the snooze', it definitely has no constructive purpose, or better buy alarm clock that does not have snooze button. If you have the same buzzer tone all the time, it is very sure that you'll get used to the sound so the alarm will become less effective. If you change your buzzer more often, you will have an easier time waking up.

If you go to bed every day in approximately same time, you have a bigger chance to have productive morning. Take into account how many hours of sleep you need to feel rested the nest day and set an alarm once that repeats everyday. This will help you to get into routine.
