Hydrocracking Technology Process

. Hydrocracking is a technology, which transforms the molecules of crude oil into the required components of basic lubricants of unsurpassed quality. 1 - Initial oil products, distilled in a special vacuum distillation columns, are divided into distillates and vacuum gas-oils.

4 - Hydrogen is added to these molecules to completely eliminate impurities. As a result of molecules regrouping we receive a basic component that is needed to produce finished lubricants.

5 - The transformed component has lighter in color, because it is cleaner.

6 - Unwanted paraffin hydrocarbons rearrange on a molecular level so that basic oil is not jelatinizated and is easily pumped at extremely low temperatures.

7 - Hydrogen is used again to remove fragrant hydrocarbons and other light impurities. It also helps to stabilize the molecular structure of the newly acquired basic component to insure a higher steadiness toward oxidation and a longer life time for the lubricant.
