Back in those days when human beings lived in caves and hunted down animals to eat, meat was the chief part of their diet. That made them muscular and strong. Today people insist on having more and more food items made with rice grains or wheat, such as rice and bread. Meat has been reduced to side dishes in many places. Therefore, in todays circumstances where fast food joints are often resorted to for that fast meal, it would really be worthwhile to try and follow the Ideal Protein Diet. This diet can either be used as a stand alone weight loss treatment or in combination with the other general forms of weight reduction.
