Schools and colleges are the basis of ones learning and growing process. These are the places, where one gets introduced to various aspects of life and trains himself according to the practises followed in the society. There are many colleges in India, which conduct group discussion before giving admission to students in their respective choice of courses. This is to check their presence of mind and confidence that how they can communicate and present their view point in front of a number of people.

Presentation and management are the skills on which the students are tested and given admission in the colleges of India. The students are always given advice to be confident and have the potential to tell their view point in front of the others. Every one has ideas and new thoughts in mind, but the main point lies in coming up with the point and discussing with others, is something, which needs to be developed by the students.

Therefore, self confidence and presentation abilities are a must for the student to lead a successful educational as well as a professional life.
