You want to feel healthier, energetic and possess more attractive figure? This dream can become reality with an active lifestyle and proper diet plan. However, there are still a lot of people out there who do not know how to make this dream come true. Worse, they are not aware of the advantages to have a healthy body and mind. They have nothing to worry about staying in their current comfort zone.

There are a lot of benefits to be healthy either for your body or your mind. In fact, it can be achieved easily if you know the real methods and strategies. You just need to start and maintain it. In the long run(not really long though), you will feel enjoy and excited doing the physical activity. Trust me!

There are various type of activities that you can try like brisk walking, jogging, cycling, dancing, swimming, jungle tracking or even meeting your girlfriend or boyfriend! You get me right? Don't get me wrong. Other than "what you are thinking", you can ask your partner to park the car a little bit far from the mall if you two go to the shopping mall. That's what I mean. Okay, now let's look at some tips on what the least you can do. Here they are:


(1) Perform actively in every possible chores, every day.

(2) Collect at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity for at least 6 times a week, or preferably every day.

(3) Join activities that can enhance your flexibility (stretching), strength (weight-lifting) and muscle endurance (running, swimming, etc.), for at least 2 to 3 times per week.

All this look easy to be done right? However, it will remain just as it is unless you start taking your action today! For your information, health and morbidity survey 2006 shows that 43.7% of adult Malaysians are physically inactive. Here, we can see that although the government and NGOs have a high awareness about the citizens' weight and health problems, however the citizens are still take the issue lightly. This is a very sad situation. I believe that other developing countries are also having this kind of scenario. No doubt, as today we can see there are a lot of "puffy" guys everywhere around the corner.

So friends, start taking your action now and trust me, you can enjoy your life more with healthier and better figure. It will also promote a more peaceful sleep, better mood, higher alertness and better mental performance.
