Increase My Credit Score-You Can Raise Credit Score

See How I Increase credit score by implementing the following approach to improving my credit scores :

I got copies of my credit reports including scores from the 3 major credit reporting agencies, Experian, Transunion and Equifax.

I review these reports in detail noting any errors in my personal profile like, inaccurate or multiple social security numbers, misspelled name or multiple variances of my name, inaccurate address and previous places of work. I also review for wrong info related to credit accounts, whether late payment notations were correct, was the account mine, was I a sanctioned user or first owner of the account, is the account open or closed. I needed to find all of the gaffes and misstatements in my credit history that would impact on my credit scores.

I wrote dispute letters providing correct info concerning my private profile and I challenged the wrong information related to my credit accounts requesting the respective agencies to determine the information. I sent the letters licensed return bill.

If I didn't hear from the reporting agencies inside thirty days, I followed up with a second letter asking for a standing update of the verification process. I also included a copy of my original dispute letter and a copy of the signed return receipt card to make sure that the agencies recognize this letter was not my first request and that the 30 days response time by them needed under federal law had been violated.

If after reinvestigating my complaint and the argument was not resolved to my satisfaction, I requested that my statement of the dispute be included in my credit file and any future reports.

I followed this approach conscientiously with a bit of patience as well as, changing my spending and bill paying habits to put me on the road to increasing my credit report, spotting that there are no quick fixes to correcting my credit.
