Have you ever been in a house that just the time you enter the living room you really feel the inviting atmosphere that is circulating inside the house

? And the house decorations look expensive and elegant? Maybe you thought that it was because of the decorations but in fact, it was the indoor lighting that works it all. It is the shade of the lights that spreads throughout the house that gives elegance and inviting atmosphere. It is because indoor lighting becomes the main factor of every interior decoration.

Lighting is divided in three categories such as general, accent and task lighting. General lighting provides illumination in the entire room or area in the house. Accent lighting is the one use for decorative purpose such as highlighting certain objects for example an artwork or statue and other decorations. And when you need a light when you read while lying in your bed, you might need the task lighting type to help you perform this specific task. Task lighting is used to perform specific task like writing, playing in your billiard hall, sewing and reading.

Try to remember what other feature of the house you think that is unique from what you have in your house. Nowadays, every houses installed different lighting fixtures. Each fixture performs specific task. Chandelier, a form of lighting fixture that has been used ever since the medieval time, can be used to provide general illumination in the house. Moreover, it can be used for decorative purpose or during especial occasions if you don't want to pay higher electric bill.

Track lighting is used to highlight certain object. This form of lighting fixtures is used to work on the purpose of accent type of lighting.

On the other hand, a pendant form of light fixture can provide task lighting that you can used in your billiard hall if you have or in your kitchen island where you do the chopping or cutting the ingredients.

There are other forms of lighting fixtures that you can use for your indoor illumination. Just remember to plan your bathroom lighting scheme in order to get the proper shades of lights to give your house an inviting ambiance and elegant look.
