One of the largest cleaning equipment manufacturers, Tennant Co., is making strides with this technology, attributing part of its success this year to growth in sales of cleaners with this technology. According to Tennant, some of the benefits provided include cost saving, higher work productivity, and safer tool for the worker.

The green movement:

From vacuum cleaners made from plastic trash picked up on beaches, to eco- friendly detergents, the green cleaning movement is gaining momentum. More people want to know the chemical composition of their cleaning products and the effect they may have on their health and the environment. Cleaning Industry Companies large and small are also continuously finding ways to make products more efficient, eco-friendly and safer for the everyday user.
