THE NEW BREAKTHROUGH

All over the world, Adult Onset Diabetes is considered as disease of Pancreas. In which Pancreas either stops producing Insulin or produces insufficient Insulin or Insulin is not of standard quality.

This is view of modern science about diabetes and all researches are concentrated on the same line. The modern science failed to find effective remedy to cure Diabetes, the main reason they are working on wrong path and ultimately never reach the goal.

We at Admark considered Adult Onset Diabetes as a disease of fault in blood sugar level measuring system associated with Brain and not as a disease of Pancreas. Taking this lead Mr. J R Antala has formulated Dia-care.

Why Diabetes is not a disease of Pancreas?

For that we have to know in brief the system of our body that maintains the sugar level in blood. In human body there is a well-organised system for measuring blood sugar level. Apart from this there is predetermined sets of rules to maintain sugar level in either case, i.e. if it rise above normal range or fall below normal range. When a sugar level rise, Pancreas produces Insulin to lower down the sugar level and when the sugar level fall, it will produce Glucagon to elevate sugar level. Now Pancreas itself does not act to produce either Insulin or Glucagon. It acts on the instruction received from the Brain. Now question arises, how Brain instructs Pancreas to produce either Insulin or Glucagon. This will depend on the feed back received by Brain from the blood sugar level measuring system of the body. So in whole process of maintaining sugar level in blood, the above system is very vital.

For example, when a person eats anything, its sugar level start rising immediately, this rise will measure by the system and provides feed back to brain in turn it instructs to Pancreas to produce the Insulin. Now how much quantity of Insulin? This will depend on the nature of diet and quantity consumed by person. While eating, the sugar level will changes every fraction of second and this changes will measured immediately and given to brain in turns it instructs accordingly to Pancreas so that over a period of time it reduces the level of sugar in blood within normal range. (Approx. within 2 hours). Likewise when a person do not eat for long time, its sugar level drops and the system will give feed back to brain about fall of sugar level and in turns brain instructs Pancreas to produce Glucagon to rise the sugar level.

When the functioning of the system, that measures the sugar level in blood, get disturbs, then it is unable to measures the sugar level in blood accurately. Brain gives instruction to Pancreas on the feed back received from the system, so the feed back is wrong then Brain gives wrong instruction to Pancreas and that leads to Diabetes.

For example, a persons system that measures sugar level in blood disturbs and consider X' level (say 180 or 200 mg/dl) as normal level. So as per the system the sugar level of 180 or 200 is within normal range but in actual it is elevated. Hence it provided feed back to Brain that the sugar level is within normal limited. Then even though actually a persons' sugar level is above normal ranges, the Brain gives instructs to Pancreas not to produce any Insulin, as everything is within normal limited. (While the case is otherwise it needs the insulin to reduce the level of sugar in blood.)

With an elevated sugar level, person gets other complications and goes for investigation, from where it got information that he/she is diabetic. As there is no other alternative available, a physician prescribes hypoglycemic agents/insulin to lower down the sugar level in blood.

Above discussion clearly state that there is no fault of Pancreas in Diabetes Mellitus.

How situation goes out of control by taking out side help?

Above discussion clearly suggest that diabetes is a disease of inaccurate measurement of sugar level in body, where on wrong feed back brain instructs Pancreas not to produce Insulin. Now a person diagnosed as diabetic, initially put on some diet restriction if diabetes is not on much higher level or either put on hypoglycemic agent or insulin. The dose of the hypoglycemic agent/insulin is in such a way that it will reduce the sugar level in blood to that extent to be within normal limits. Now according to body system X' level is normal one, but actually it is elevated as per lab tests and there is need to reduce the level which can be done by hypoglycemic agent or insulin. Once a person consumes any hypoglycemic agent or insulin, its sugar level is bound to reduce to the extent of dose of hypoglycemic agent or insulin. A person is trying to reduce the sugar level in blood and eventually sugar level come down within normal range with that help. Now body consider it other way, where X' level is the normal for that body and any reduction on that is fall in sugar level. The system provides feed back to brain that sugar level is started falling and in turn brain gives instruction to Pancreas to produce Glucagon to elevate level of sugar in blood and ultimately again blood sugar level rose to X' level. And this vicious circle goes on and on.

Also once we start giving out side help by providing hypoglycemic agent / insulin to reduce the level of sugar in blood, this leads to situation where brain always instructs the Pancreas not to produce insulin and produce Glucagon, thus the Pancreas temporarily suspends it work to produce the Insulin and in long run it becomes inactive and stop producing the insulin even though there is instruction to product the same. And once it becomes inactive, a person has to survive only on out side help.

How our system of body that measures blood sugar level disturbed?

The system that measures the sugar level in blood consists of minute cells. The cells are part of the blood, which immediately measures any changes in sugar level and provides its reading to system. System in turns processes all reading and gives feed back to brain about the status of sugar level in blood. This is a ongoing process where by brain gets position of sugar level in blood for every fraction of seconds. The function of this tiny cells gets disturbs by many phenomenon some of them are, high blood pressure, long history of taking steroid or pain killers, mental stress, high cholesterol level, medicine for malaria, regular intake of soft drinks (Tatric Acid and Citric Acid also disturbs work of pancreas by lower down production of insulin and increase production of glucagon.) etc. etc. Once the function of these cells disturbs through above phenomenon, then its accuracy to measure the sugar level will reduce and in turns provides wrong reading to the system. The system process those data, which is wrong, then ultimately it provides wrong feed back to brain and it will instruct the Pancreas accordingly.

How Dia-care is useful to cure diabetes:

Among the other benefits of Dia-care, its prime work is to keep those cells intake, which measures the sugar level in blood.

Once a person starts using Dia-care, over a period of time, the system become normal. But the problem arises, in which a person is taking hypoglycemic agent / insulin. In such a situation, if the persons body is measuring the sugar level accurately, then due to out side help, the sugar level will always be lower and brain never instruct the Pancreas to produce the Insulin. There must be some gap required, so that pancreas can produce insulin. This is only happen that a person reduces doses of hypoglycemic agent/insulin to some extent and elevates the level of sugar in blood. So in process of time the Pancreas start producing Insulin, and hence diabetes can be cured.
