Exercise is proven safe and effective. But sometimes people think that exercising is tiring. Lots of people find exercise boring. They find working out on the gym and following the same exercise routine daily tiring and boring. These people are lack of self motivation and they probably need something to motivates them and do different exercise routines. They probably need something different and fun ways to exercise their bodies. There are actually alternative ways do exercise than repeating the same boring routines on the fitness gym. These exercises are fun and help to motivates you. You won't probably think that a dog pet may actually help you to lose weight. Dogs need to be walked outside the house daily to exercise and to eliminate. You might be thinking that why you need a dog if you can just walk outside all by your self. You are lack of self motivation; even a simple walking routine everyday makes you think that it is boring and tiring. You would probably skip this daily routine exercise and same think would happen the next day. Unless if you have a dog you are really obliged to walk your dog daily since you don't have to let them eliminate inside the house. Dogs are really playful and restless, you can run, chase and play with them everyday. It is also a fun way to exercise daily. You can have some quality time together with your pet and exercise at the same time, When you are going to your office, try not to drive your car and walk instead. After that when you arrived at the office, don't use the elevator instead use the stairs. Of course you have to work everyday so it serves as motivation for you to exercise. Clean your house daily, at least use 30 minutes of your time to clean the house.
