Prevent Quick Ejaculation - Kegel Exercises
I will present some unique and simple kegel exercises that work great to prevent quick ejaculation. And if you get good at these you can prevent quick ejaculation forever.
Important: These Kegels Are Different! These are not like the usual last longer kegels that many men have trouble with perfecting. These are much more effective and simple kegel exercises that work on two fronts to prevent quick ejaculation.
FIRST: We want to identify the muscles we are working. These are the pubococcygeus muscles, or the PC muscles for short. They control both urine and semen flow. The easiest way to indentify them is to stop your flow of urine the next time you go to the bathroom. You will notice the muscles which are responsible for stopping the flow. These are the PC's.
NEXT: You will notice that you can "flex" the PC's on your own by squeezing in. You will probably also notice that they are kind of weak, as in you might not be able to do too many squeezes in a row. This is where kegel exercising comes in. We want to exercise this muscle to make it stronger so we can activate it during sex and control the ejaculation. So just do a few flexes to get used to doing kegels.
FINALLY: Now for the unique but simple kegel exercises. Most people tell you to do kegels just by squeezing in and that's it. But during sex what happens is that most guys will squeeze in and often won't be able to hold it long enough, even if they've done kegels for a while. What I do for kegels is the following:
First, go up. Rather than squeeze in, squeeze up.
Next, go in. Now squeeze in. So it's up, and then it's in. Up and in, up and in.
What this does is it gives you a 2 prong approach to lasting longer. First you squeeze up to prevent ejaculating too quickly. But if this isn't enough then you haven't exhausted your arsenal as you would have if you trained your kegels in only one motion. Now, you squeeze in, which really "locks in" your ejaculation much stronger than if you would have just performed a one motion squeeze.
It's much easier to learn to do kegels this way as well. Think of it as trying to jump onto a ledge. Rather than exert all your effort all at once, it's much easier to first take a step up and then jump further up from there.
