. it certainly is not a good time in your life. To feel insecure about the possibility that a guy you are in a relationship with might be unfaithful, that can be a tough pill to swallow. It can also make you feel kind of confused when you are suspicious that he might be cheating, but you are not really sure that he is. You certainly don't want to make any accusations that turn out to be false, because that can also end up jeopardizing your relationship.

Here are 3 questions that you need to ask yourself if you are suspicious that your boyfriend might be a cheater:

1. Do you have any real evidence that he is cheating on you?

Going with your gut feeling on this is not always the best way to go, because of the simple fact that your gut feeling might be wrong. It's much better to come up with real evidence that he might be cheating on you because at least then, you know that you are not just coming up with accusations that are based on nothing but the way that you feel. Sometimes that gut feeling can end up being right, but sometimes it can also end up being wrong.

2. What are you going to do if you find out that it is true that he is cheating on you?

I think that it is wise to give this some thought, even before you have an answer, because you want to be as prepared as you can be. Are you willing to accept an apology from him if you find out that he has been cheating on you? Are you willing to try to work things out or is cheating an issue that you just won't put up with? It's good to be sure on what you are going to do ahead of time, because you don't want to have to make a decision like that when you feel emotionally wounded.

3. Are you suspicious that he is cheating because you have been cheating on him?

I have to bring this up because it does turn out to be the case quite a bit. Not always, but quite a bit. Sometimes when you get that feeling that your boyfriend is cheating, it is because you have been. Now, you may not have actually slept with another guy, but you might have been carrying on an emotional affair with another guy and that might cause you to become suspicious of your boyfriend. It's weird that it happens that way, but sometimes it does.
