No doubt the role of teachers should not be underestimated, as they give motivation, direction of action and clarity of goals to children from their early age, and then students in college may decide on their career under the influence of truly inspired teachers who love their subject. Hence, in case one has decided to pursue a teaching career, he or she should clearly realize how responsible this choice may be. Teaching World: Good and Bad Impressions. 1. Even if one feels that he or she has something to share with students, it is necessary to be ready for the realistic world in which the things are not ideal. Teaching is a hard labor and not a pleasure because it rarely happens that children listen to him or her and sit calmly; they often come without homework and often do not understand the material. They may have absolutely no motivation to study, and the teacher has to cope with all this without negative emotions but with wisdom and understanding, which in reality proves too hard for many of them. 2. Every teacher has to work on self-improvement and improvement of materials, tests and assignments given to children. As well as the science evolves and the market conditions become more and more competitive, children have to be more ready for their future jobs, thus they need to be more equipped with the recent theoretical concepts and practical skills. 3. Finally, teaching is patience and psychology, understanding children and helping them, not only reading lectures. This is the factor many future teachers forget about, which causes serious psychological complications both for them and their students.
