The very first and most fundamental thing you will learn is that you are never alone. Your own Inner Wisdom and Spirit are always there for you, enabling you to be connected at all times. Youre connected not only to yourself and Spirit, but to likeminded people who are also on this path.

This program doesnt make your troubles go away or ensure youll have no more challenges in your life. What it does do is show you how to make your troubles less troublesome and your challenges less challenging. You will find calm where you once found chaos and harmony where you once found discord.

The fact that youre reading this book is a sign that youre already looking for what it has to offer.

Setting Intentions

Once youve discovered the reality that you are never alone, you will feel braver and more confident about beginning this journey. In fact, youve already begun it. Youve unconsciously Set an Intention. To Set an Intention is to choose to see something differently than you have seen it in the past. Say you hate mornings at the shop or office because all you ever get done is reading emails. You might set an Intention to make that part of your day less stressful. You could simply put them off until later in the day, or you might delegate the email to someone else.

Positive Evidences

Having decided to Set an Intention, be sure to stay open and awake to the Positive Evidences that will Manifest. In the example above, maybe an assistant suggests that he do the emails, without your even having to ask. Or you decide to simply not open your email until noon, and the world goes on turning, while your morning starts off stress-free. It is important to notice how the Intention is Manifested. Celebrate a little, even just in your own head. The next Intention will come even more naturally because youve seen how it can work.

Before long you will notice that your life is actually getting easier. The solutions to problems that once seemed so illusive now just seem to flow from the process of Setting an Intention and looking for Positive Evidences.

Managing Energy

As you walk this path, another thing you will learn is about different vibrational energies. Because each of us is a unique Manifestation of Spirit, we are capable of existing at a high vibrational level, like Spirit. But because we have temporarily forgotten this fact, we may need some practice at it. The more you are able to set those Intentions, fully expect the Positive Evidences and remain open to powerful suggestions made by your Inner Guidance Team, you will be operating at a higher vibrational rate than you ever have before. And that can take you where you want to go.
