Is anxiety effecting your day to day life?
Life can be overwhelming sometimes and you can feel out of control
. Things can be going well and then spiral out of control. Throughout my years, I have not only realized what the symptoms of anxiety are, but have figured out preventative ways to combat anxiety attacks before they occur.
Anxiety attacks are not brought on by the same thing for every person. An event that may seem normal to one person can send another person into a foggy overwhelming panic attack. With that being said, there is not one thing that can be pin pointed as something that will send people in general into a panic attack. However, if you learn about your body and how it responds to certain situations, you can take steps to prevent or be prepared the next time you feel anxiety starting to build up.
For me personally, anxiety attacks seem to com about when I am dealing with stressful situations. For some unknown reason, I always feel anxious when there are alot of people around and I can not fathom what may happen. On the other hand, I have friends with anxiety who panic when they do not know how everyone is feeling about a certain situation. They think that people are always mad at them and feel like they must always please people or else they are going to lose everyone around them. Although this may seem bad, I am thankful that although these may be more common than you think, not everyone seems to deal with them the same way.
Over time, I have taught myself how to counteract these attacks. One of the main things I do, isseparatemyself from the situation and get away. This could mean leaving a party for a few minutes, or going for a walk during the say. I realize that if I can get away for awhile and reassure myself that nothing is wrong, I will be fine. The worst thing to do, in my opinion, is try and deal with an uncomfortable situation. One of the best methods to counteract anxiety/depression is toexercise. Believe it or not, this is a scientifically proven method to help this condition.
The main thing in curing your anxiety is to take a good look at your body and figure out how it reacts to the situation that make your the most anxious. This in time will help you manage your life and take small strides towards fixing the things that make you anxious. Lastly, if your anxiety isreoccurringor it is effecting your life, the main thing to do is see a doctor. Current medicine works wonders and can help you get over your anxiety quicker.
