, this is affecting virtually all areas of our society, and education is no exception. This work is of interest that the interaction is ICT-Education awakening worldwide. Education International conference "Education for all for learning to live together (CIE, 2001) held in Geneva in 2001 expressed in relation to Information and Communication Technology (ICT). These technologies are more and more like a necessity in the context of society where rapid change, increased knowledge and the demands of a high quality education constantly updated become a permanent requirement. The relationship between ICT's and education is twofold: firstly, citizens are forced to meet and learn about ICT.

In addition, ICTs can be applied to the educational process. This dual aspect is reflected in two different educational expectations: on the one hand, we have computer scientists, interested in learning computer and, on the other, teachers interested in using information technology to education. Throughout the development of this work will be addressing the issues that we believe are important to know the information technology and communication and its use as a tool to strengthen the development of education.

1. EVOLUTION OF EDUCATION GIVES

1.1 The long history of global education shows several revolutions. The first was the adoption of the written word through literacy imposed a pencil and paper as the main tools of communication of knowledge, as main support for information and as a medium of instruction. The second was the emergence of schools where the figure of the teacher. 1.2 Influence of New Technologies in Education. We are facing a technological revolution we are witnessing a global diffusion of computers and telecommunications. These new technologies pose new paradigms; revolutionize the world of school and higher education. There is talk of revolution because through these technologies can visit museums in cities around the world, read books, take courses, learn languages, country visits, contact with people from other cultures, access to texts and documents without having to move from a chair, etc., through the Internet. Education is an integral part of the new technologies and that is so an increasing number of universities around the world are demanding e-literacy as a requirement in their entrance exams and graduation, considering that it is an essential objective to prepare future professionals for the digital age centers job. Most colleges have a greater or lesser extent, to computers that allow Internet access to students. Thus, university students, even those who do not have economic problems with computers in their homes, can access a world that was once exclusive to the wealthy classes, taking the opportunity to visit museums and accessing knowledge freely available. It is in this sense, the role of university professor is critical: The more you instill in the students the possibility to use new technologies, the wider world that works for them and the opportunities they have to find work.

2.
