It's Yoga Thailand hosts their third Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teachers Training

It's Yoga, a leading Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga institute since 1989

, is hosting its third Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teachers Training in Thailand with Larry Schultz, founder of It's Yoga and creator of The Rocket Series. The training will take place from November 1-24, 2010 on Samui island at the Mercure Samui Buri Resort.

During the last 25 years of a daily practice, Larry Schultz has influenced yoga students and teachers around the world, and continues to inspire himself each day to practice. In 1979 he studied under the grace of the Guruji for 7 years during the early Years of Ashtanga in the West. He believes that his strength and success comes from not only this solid foundation of Yoga training with the Guruji, but the 63,000 Sun Salutes, 9,000 classes and 142 trainings he has been a part of. His vision will always continue to be sharing the love of the practice.

Larry commented that "a teacher training is an invitation to share our practice with our friends and our families. It is not about the poses, but about how it feels and it is about using the energy of the heart to soften the mind. The practice of Yoga has a great capacity to serve us, and in gratitude, we serve back".

Every teacher training offers the opportunity to learn five different routines based on the Ashtanga Yoga tradition including The Rocket Series, which is also known as Power Yoga. The routines range in skill level from the basic beginner to the most advanced.

Each student is support on his or her path as they develop, deepen, appreciate and expand their understanding of their true authentic self. This intimate training with place for 15 students is sure to be a life enhancing experience.
