One great question here is the brain. Identity and the brain are so deeply intertwined that it is hard to imagine a person being the same with a different one. Can a brain be healed or reinforced through cybernetic technology. There seems to be no limit on other organs- if it weren't for the brain a human making use of cybernetics could possibly live for thousands of years. But what of the brain? Now I find that question very much one for cause of concern.
