Ko-ching provides coaching services and training to individuals and organizations. This collective is unique because of professionally trained, experienced, veteran life, corporate, organizational, relationship and health coaches.
The International Coach Federation (ICF) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires participants to maximize personal and professional potential.
Ko-ching provides the "how to's" of life and organizational transitions. According to Cyn Liggett, founder of the organization, "While we are experts in our field...we don't want participants to confuse us with being stodgy, pompous, or rigid. We don't budge or fudge or yield on quality, effectiveness, or the results clients are seeking."
The course will allow participants to gain new effective tools to encourage themselves, staff, and students to make desired changes in:
Academic Achievement
Student Engagement
Staff and Personnel Development
Liggett defines the experience as, "A one day, experiential training on evoking excellence through coaching skills. This is not a lecture based courseit is truly interactive all day long."
Registration is $225.00 and seating is limited to 40 participants. Those unable to attend this session may be placed on a waitlist for an upcoming follow up event.
