Amid recent reports that teen heartthrob Justin Bieber has recently been house hunting

, new rumors suggest that he has just snapped up a vacation property in San Diego. Only days after turning eighteen, Bieber was seen visiting one of the top home remodeling San Diego sites. An anonymous source close to the singer was hesitant to reveal any exact details, but did mention that the posh digs were valued at around $10 million.

Located in an elite, low-key neighborhood, the four-story mansion is said to have been designed by Jeff Emery, a renowned architect who has been remodeling San Diego homes since the seventies. The exterior of the house gleams with metallic and glass accents and offers a sweeping ocean view. Inside, Bieber will have plenty of space for private celeb-studded parties, with six bedrooms, a hi-tech kitchen, a personal home theater room, a gym with a built-in sauna, and several entertaining spaces with bars. The roof-top terrace features another swimming pool surrounded by lush greenery. A separate guesthouse ensures that A-list friends can crash in style. With approximately 10,000 square feet and a sleek, contemporary interior, this is a dream bachelor pad for any young adult.

As his main residence remains in Los Angeles, Canadian-born Bieber must certainly like California a great deal to splurge on a second home so close-by. The ocean-front property is certainly perfect for quick jaunts to the beach, or for a spot of early morning surfing.
