About Dr. Todd A. Armstrong DDS, SC: Dr. Todd Armstrong studied dentistry at the Marquette University School of Dentistry where he was accepted into the National Dental Honor Society for his talent and commitment to dentistry. After his graduation from dental school in 1985, Dr. Armstrong was accepted into a General Practice Residency Program with the United States Air Force. This residency experience gave Dr. Armstrong the opportunity to train in all specialties of dentistry, as well as research and lectures on posterior composites (tooth colored fillings). Dr. Todd Armstrong and his wife returned to Kenosha, WI in 1988 and joined in the practice of Dr. Dan Riley.
