1. Make your nails shorter and thinner by trimming and filing your nails. This is very important.

2. In the morning make sure you wash your toes with anti-bacterial soap.

3. Make sure you use a clean fresh towel to dry your toes or you can use a hair dryer to do it.

4. Take the Q-Tip and apply the rubbing alcohol and let it dry.

5. Take another q-tip, dip it in the Vick's vapor rub and apply it to your infected toe or toes and wrap with the band-aid.

What this does is, it keeps moisture from getting under and on your toenail which will help kill the toe nail fungus.

You need to repeat this process when you get home from work. Once you have done this, apply the tea tree oil if you have it using one of the q-tips. Do not put on your shoes because you want to let the oil dry completely. If you did not get the tea tree oil, you can apply some bleach mixed with water. Make sure you mix it half and half and apply it with a q-tip to your (nail only) and let it dry.
