Large Sagging Breasts And Very Beneficial Sagging Breasts Exercises
Sagging or drooping of breasts is a natural, inevitable process that happens to all
women at some point - except to those with fairly small breasts.
The most notable sagging happens with the process called breast involution (see below), but breasts can start drooping a little at any age, because they do NOT have muscles in them. They have ligaments and connective tissue.
When the gravity pulls the breasts down, those ligaments and the skin can stretch, and so the breast then droops.
There is the tendency for older women to show sagging of the breasts.
The sagging is caused by partial deterioration of the glandular tissues that produce firmness of the breasts and some stretching of the tissues connecting the breasts to their muscles.
Measures may be taken earlier in life that may prevent, or at least reduce, sagging later in life.
They include wearing supportive brassieres during pregnancy, breast feeding, and exercising.
Breast sagging occurs for several different reasons - multiple pregnancies, breast feeding, rapid weight loss, genetics, gravity and age.
Causes of Loose Breast
Smoking
Tobacco smoke contains free radicals that damage skin cells, causing them to lose elasticity. This can lead to more facial wrinkles and sagging breasts.
Pregnancy
After weaning or directly after pregnancy if a woman does not breastfeed, the tissues inside the breast shrink and lose elasticity. Breastfeeding does not cause sagging breasts, but may delay the process.
Wearing a Bra
Despite common misconceptions, wearing a bra may cause--not prevent--sagging breasts.
Exercises for Sagging Breast
1.Lie down on a mat. Hold one weight in each hand and extended your arms out at shoulder level.
2.Raise both arms straight up together above your body, keeping your elbow slightly bent, so that the weights meet over your chest.
Return the weighs out to your sides at shoulder height. Repeat the exercise 13 to 15 times.
3. Lie down on a mat. Extend your arms and hold the weights up in the air over your chest.
Bend your elbows and lower the weights toward your chest, with your elbows out to the sides at shoulder level. Extend your arms straight back up over your chest. Repeat the exercise 13 to 15 times.
4.Take a weight in each hand, extend your arms out to each side and do 15 small, backward circles about a foot in diameter. Widen the circles slightly and do another 15, then repeat these two steps going forward.
Home Remedies for Sagging Breasts
Step 1
Do arm circles to lift the breasts by strengthening the underlying muscles of the breasts. Repetitions of forward and backward arm circles, done regularly, may help the overall look of the breasts and increase their lift.
Step 2
Use free weights to firm breasts. Recline on your back on an exercise bench and lift weights up to the shoulders.
Do at least three repetitions of 10. Working out on Nautilus equipment may also help to firm and lift the breasts.
Step 3
Add yoga to the exercise regimen. Yoga is a exercise to strengthen the entire body and tone all areas.
Yoga requires the body to be focused and helps with posture, too. Proper posture makes the breasts look higher and firmer.
Step 4
Perform push-ups. Either do the standard push-up in which the entire body raises into the air or do the modified push-up in which the knees are bent and only the upper portion of the body comes up off the floor.
Step 5
Stop smoking to improve overall health and to protect the fragile skin of the breasts. Smoking causes a gradual breakdown of skin tissue. Plus, it is easier to exercise if not out of breath from smoking.
