By passing all sorts of judgments on others, were only making it difficult for us to get along with them. People are who they are. Trying to change them, to mold them in a way that fits your perspective of the world, wont bring you happiness.

You may find it funny that you have to permit yourself to do anything or to feel anything at all in the first place. After all, were talking about yourself here.

However, that is the problem with most people. They dont think they have to give themselves permission to do anything; and yet they have no idea how much theyre holding themselves back.

For example, you want to have a beautiful house and a hot shot car. But then you tell yourself thats never going to happen and that its a one in a million chance. See what I mean?
