The next step is actually doing them. This can be going to a favorite coffee shop and purchasing a favorite coffee. You don't have to spend a lot of money to experience this. Sometimes, just the scent of coffee is uplifting to some people. Or you can go to one of those fancy restaurants and order an appetizer that you have always wanted to try. Just by doing this simple exercise you can experience feeling rich phenomenon.Exercise Duration:You can practice this exercise for a duration of 30 minutes, once a week.Who would have thought that a little exercise, such as envisioning feeling rich could have such a profound impact? After all, it's not just the concept of feeling rich that can be applied to money, but to your overall health and that is the ultimate feeling of richness.
