Imagine if I told you that I knew something that you did not
? What if I said that I knew of three exercises that you almost certainly have not tried.
They're exercises that you probably haven't done before, so when added into your workout they'll fully blast your workouts into full gear.

My 1st idea that you should try is the front squat. As you might have guessed, this movement is done as a squat, except the bar is in front of you. Front squats will noticeably dislodge fat deposits on your body, that is obviously if you can do them without crying! If you want to take full advantage of the amount of leg development and fat burn you will get, I'd advise including front squats in at least 2 workouts weekly. Word of caution - You have to do this exercise using the full range of motion (go past parallel) if you want all the benefits!
The next exercise that people never ever do is the reverse hyper extension. Here's a quick tutorial: Get a reverse hyper device and use it. You'll get up on a platform type thing so that your body is supported and your feet are dangling. To perform the movement you'll need to attach your legs to a pendulum type thing below the platform (this swings backwards and forwards). From here all you need to do is swing the pendulum backward and forward using your legs. The effect is a deep workout of the butt, hamstrings and lower back.
The over head press...The last work out that no one ever does, however I'm ready to bet you've heard of this one. The overhead press is exactly like it sounds...All you do is press a weight over head! Either 2 dumb bells or simply a barbell. You will be blasting away your shoulders, upper traps and biceps and triceps using this exercise. The overhead press will also work your core pretty hard. This is because of the tax this exercise takes on your steadiness, your core has to over work.
Now, to truly gain something from every one of these you will need to actually bust them out, but if you do then you will be greatly rewarded for your work.
