LG Electronics is a leading mobile manufacturing company which has produced numerous

Recently the company has announced the launch of worlds first mobile phone called LG Optimus 2X that will be powered with dual core processing power NVIDIA Tegra 2. Nvidia is known mainly for its graphics processing units which have single handedly changed the graphics card market more than one decade ago. The dual-core NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor will run at 1Ghz and will provide faster, smoother web browsing experience. This will also allow the users to do multitasking with virtually no screen lag. Optimus 2X phones will include an 8 megapixel rear camera and 1.3 megapixel front-facing camera that will allow face-to-face calling. The powerful dual core processor of the smart phone will allow 1080p HD video playback via a HDMI-out slot and 1080p recording with the 8 megapixel camera that comes built in the handset. The 2X can connect wirelessly to any DLNA-compatible digital device such as HD TVs to taking full advantage of the phone's HDMI mirroring, accelerometer and gyro sensor.

The handset will come along with a 4 inches wide WVGA display screen and will offer 8GB of memory expandable upto 32GB via a microSD card slot.

The smart phone has already been released in the Korea market and is expected to be released in Europe and other parts of the world in the month of January.
