Look And Feel Younger With This Anti-aging Antioxidant

Everybody is talking about the anti-aging antioxidant that not only diets for you but lets you look and feel younger with resvertrol?

There was a report a few years ago on the TV program "60 Minutes" about a study that showed what is known as the "French Paradox" Study. The French Paradox Study showed that the people in France were not as likely to die from heart disease even though they ate high fat diets. It was noted in the study that the French drank huge amounts of red wine and the theory developed that the red wine actually protected the hearts of the wine drinking French folk.

Numerous other studies were to follow and the substance resveratrol attracted much scientific interest as the possible compound in red wine that may be the main reason in the positive heart healthy life. There's more to resveratrol than red wine, though, and it's helpful for far more than just preventing heart disease. It's quitephenomenal for maintaining a healthy cholesterol balance and even supporting increased longevity.

Resveratrol is a compound that can be found in foods such as nuts, grapes, red wine, peanuts, some berries, and probably in other plants and fruit.Resveratrol is an antioxidant that is in many foods, but most abundantly in peanuts and red grapes. Red wine from cold climates (such as France) is a particularly good source of resveratrol. It is less concentrated in red wines from warmer climes such as California, Spain, Italy, or Portugal.

Resveratrol is a red wine molecule, that has unique ability to favorably control hundreds of genes at one time. Resveratrol's also can switch hundreds of genes and it is said that resveratrol exerts "a whiff that induces a biologically specific avalanche"

There have been glowing reports about how to look and feel younger with resvertrol just like the one on "60 Minutes" that also appeared on Fox News, NBC Nightly News, Good Morning America and ABC News. but Barbara Walters said it best when she said in her story on long living and resveratrol "A few of these genes play a key role in the speed at which our our cells age. Tens of thousands of cells were randomly tested, searching for the chemical that would activate those genes. We have discovered that Resveratrol seeks out Gene 31 (the anti-aging gene) and turns it on!"
