The key is to use your lowest energy on all levels to accomplish each task, including bringing your emotional investment down to zero. As humans, we only have so much of our various types of resources to use before we need to refill them. In something as daily and continuous as a job, you must be able to do it day in and day out without losing yourself and all of your resources, too. Using your lowest energy allows you to build proper habits without investing in your actions emotionally.
