The open plan living/dining room with is well furnished. It has air conditioning,satellite TV, DVD/CD player, and central heating, making it ideal for year round breaks. The separate kitchen is modern and equipped with washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, and fridge freezer. One air conditioned bedroom is on the ground floor which has use of the separate shower room.

From the lounge, patio doors lead to the terrace and garden. The terrace has a barbeque and outdoor dining facilities. There is a private pool - ideal for cooling off, and this property is 1st line to the golf course.

The other bedrooms are on the first floor and both have air conditioning. The master bedroom has a double bed, a safe, and an en-suite full bathroom.
