M1 To Launch 4g Lte Service And New Mobile Plans On 15 September
The latest launch makes users to enjoy theoretical speeds of upto 75 Mbps with the
typical download speeds at fixed locations ranging from 6.9 Mbps to 17.4 Mbps. This will also offer LTE roaming services in Hong Kong with other partners and other countries which will be added in the future.
The devices launched includes handsets like Samsung Galaxy Note LTE, Lg optimus True HD LTE, HTC One XL, Samsung Galaxy SII LTE. Also offers two more tablets :Asus Transformer Pad TF300TL and Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE. Smartphone like Huawei E392 USB modem and mobile the Huawei E589 mobile Wi-Fi modem are also introduced there with some broad plans also. The 4 G plan starts at SGD which costs 94.16 for 120 minutes with 600 SMS and 2 GB of data. Another ranges to SGD 208.70 per month is for unlimited voice minutes that includes 2000 messages with 12 GB of data. Also available with unlimited calls to three on- net number plan and excess data is proceed at SGD 5.35 per GB which is caped at SGD 94.16. The broadband plans starts at SGD costs 24.84 per month for 2 GB which is followed by a 5 GB plan for SGD 36.84 per month. A 10 GB plan is for SGD which costs 52.84 per month.
The advanced dual band network in 4G service which includes 1800MHz and 2600MHz spectrum.This will encompass both street-level and inbuilding coverage.
