MLM Marketing - 2 Ways to Recruit New Reps This Week
Master the following two MLM Marketing strategies to enhance your ability to recruit new team members and customers consistently and effortlessly.

You can minimize and in some cases eliminate rejection if you use the "Yes" approach and follow it up with a "Take-away."
MLM Marketing - The "Yes" approach.
I love the "Yes" approach! This would be used when you run into an old friend, or anyone for that matter during your day-to-day routine. The key to the "Yes" Approach is to just be yourself. Do not go into "sales" mode.
Just connect with them. Find out what is new in their life. See how things are going with their job. Make a mental note of any mention of them being tired of their job or employer, lifestyle, lack of income or vacation time.
Resist the temptation to talk about your MLM. Just connect right now. End the conversation on a good note. Ask them how their family is doing, etc.
Wait for a few days and then give them a call. Your next question might be like this:
"Hey Jane, the other day when we were talking, you mentioned that you were not happy with your job and that you were looking for something new. Were you being serious when you said that?"
If Jane says, "Yes," she is basically giving you permission to expose her to your business opportunity, product, or service. This approach works so well because Jane just admitted that she is on the lookout for something different.
Now for part #2.
MLM Marketing with The "Take-away"
As soon as your prospect has been exposed to your MLM, use this. Ask, "If you were to rate yourself on a scale from one to ten, how serious are you about learning more?"
She might say ten or in some cases a number higher than ten. If so, she is ready to join so just sign her up.
If she gives you a number of five or lower, she is not really serious or ready at this time. Thank her for her time and explain that you can only help people that are six and above. By doing this, you do a couple of things:
1. You save time. Only work with those that are prepared to take action.
2. Stay positive. You did not get rejected. You made the decision to take it away.
3. They might change their mind. When you take it away you remove sales resistance and they might lower their defenses and realize that you are offering them something they want and need."
You can also maintain a posture of authority by using a take-away even when they answer between a six or a nine:
"Now Jane, that's a respectable number. However, it is crucial to be highly interested and highly committed if you want to be successful with this."
"Now Jane, please understand when I asked you to rate your level of interest on learning more, I was not asking you to commit anything to me or make any decisions right now."
"Your number suggests that you do have interest, but still have questions like most intelligent people would."
"But I just need to know that if this were something you felt was right for you, that you would be 100% committed to achieving your goals. You would not be committing anything to me, or the company, but simply be committed to yourself, your family, and your financial future."
"Supposing that once you had all of your questions answered to your satisfaction and felt that this might possibly be something that would work for you. Do you see anything that would hold you back from being 100% committed to yourself and being successful?"
Put her on the phone with an experienced team members if she gives you a positive answer. Let your team member do the explaining, answer the tough questions, and invite her to join. It is likely that she joins immediately. If so, congratulations! Now go repeat the process.
Or she might say that she would like to attend a live presentation, or sample some product, or go over the website, etc. Be sure to set up a firm time to follow up if that happens.
If she says "No," she told your upline "No," not you. You never got rejected! Just move on the next person and repeat the process.
The combination of these two MLM Marketing strategies works because you are not being pushy in any way. You position yourself as an authority and leader. The question becomes more about your prospects level of committment.
