The best way to familiarize yourself with your Nutritional Product line is to use at least three of the products daily; especially the core products.

An associate should emphasize the benefits of using well-researched natural products and supplements to help maintain a healthy body and outlook.
Product follow up is critical. The reason for following up is to provide a high level of service and escort your new customers, prospects and associates through any questions or concerns they may have regarding your products. Until such a time when they are able to recognize measurable results of their own, be sure to continue to tell them other product success stories.
To effectively schedule your follow up, set up a call-back and/or e-mail system, always contact your new customers, prospects and associates after they start using the products. Many MLM companies offer a call-back and/or e-mail system as part of the Online Office.
