Instead of taking fruit juices that contain sugar, you should take a lot of fruits that are more beneficial.

You should also change your eating routine. You may be accustomed to eat three square meals a day, and it may be your notion that only such eating will provide your body with enough calories and energy for the day. It is wrong. If you split your three large meals into six or seven smaller meals and eat them at an interval of every two hours, your body will get a continuous supply of enough calories and energy for the day. The smaller meals are easy to digest also. Because of the increased metabolism, you will not have fat gains also. Hence to lose fat fast, this style of eating is suggested by experts.


Your breakfast should be a little heavy, your lunch should be a little less and dinner should be very light. You should have your dinner two hours before you retire for bed because you're not going to spend any calories during the night due to lack of physical activity.

Water also has the power of removing toxins from your body. Toxins, in general, remain inside the fat cells of your body.
