Make Your Organizing Ideas Come True

When spring rolls around the corner, how many of us have spring cleaning on our to-do lists

? It seems like most people that I have talked with are itching to have a day to really clean their homes after the long, cold winter season. Seeing the sunshine gives us more energy than we may be used to and we feel like there are so many things we want to start doing. Cleaning the house, starting an exercise regimen, and enjoying more time outside with family and friends are some of the things on my to-do list this spring. However, I would probably have to say that out of all the things on my list, spring cleaning is strangely enough the thing that I think about doing the most.

I live in a two-bedroom apartment with my husband. It can get a little cramped at times, but we really love living here. Sadly, our second bedroom is used for storage and so we do not really get the chance to use that room for anything else. The past few weeks I have had day dreams of spring cleaning my apartment and getting the second bedroom to become a room in our apartment that is actually used, and not just used for storage. A big way that we will be able to create some living space in there is to get rid of all the junk that clutters that room of course. But once we have the items that we know we are keeping, we have to have some way of storing them so that they can be used when we need them.

I'd like to create some kind of organization so even though these items will be easy to access, they will not be in the way when we are not using them. There are some stands and mounts that I can use to create storage shelves on the walls in my closets so that many items can be stored away and out of sight. This will create more open space in the middle of the bedroom. I could also buy some mounts to use for my television. Right now it is sitting on a giant entertainment center, but I could save a lot of space by mounting it to the wall. There are so many ideas that I have in mind to do for this little second bedroom of mine. I just need to find the ways to fulfill my ideas.
