As we make serious reflections on the past year and turn these reflections into resolutions that will make our new year more profitable, we should be able to enter the New Year without fear. Although we will have those who will be hostile toward us, we know we are on the winning side. Who will be able to harm us if we are followers of God and that which is good. As we make our resolutions may we resolve most of all to stay closer to the Godhead and stay close to our Christian allies. Remember, last year is past, the present is ours, and the future is in God's hands. May the channels we make for ourselves bring us a most profitable year, for our year will soon be gone.
