The referral promotion goes along with two other promotions that Dr. Francis continues to run. New patients are still awarded with free teeth whitening for life when they commit to check-ups every six months. During each patient's first appointment, they will receive a complimentary whitening kit and custom tray. Every six months, Dr. Francis, dentist in Maple Grove, will provide free refills of whitening gel.

Each new patient is also eligible to receive a free custom mouthguard. Dr. Francis, Maple Grove family dentist, and his staff will custom fit the mouthguard and have it ready by the end of the first appointment.
