A master scholarship award is granted to the best students that had high scores in college

, but there are also some programs that develop easy access to study for countries with a bad economy and with a high discrimination rate in women candidates.

For instance, if in a country the woman is not allowed to attend such a program, she can apply for one in a different country. The degree will not be recognized in her country, but she could get a job in a different state.

This type of award is very expensive. The university has to pay for the student's rent, food, and facilities but also has to pay for the students books and other materials that he/she needs to study properly. This can be an amount that can go over 4.000$ per month.

Another award that is less expensive is given to students that are from the same city as the university residence. In this case, the college will only award the best students, and the master scholarship will not be considered as an aid, but more likely as a stimulant for the student to keep his/her grades up.

A master scholarship can also be awarded to students that need very expensive materials to perform their work, like in architecture studies. If the student is very good at what he is doing, the university will grant him the materials that he needs to study, like machetes, samples of construction materials and other devices that cannot be bought by a student because of their high price.

In some cases, the master award is a place to stay in campus, free food and other such facilities, without the student to receive money. A master award can be granted at the graduation of the master program for high scores, or for excellent achievements. This award is mostly money.
