Then you will have extra time for your other appointments. Being focused also shows professionalism and how organized you are.
Designate specific tasks to your subordinates. Learn to delegate tasks and trust that these people will accomplish what you have assigned to them. But if you have little trust, then you may supervise, but not to the point where it would take as much time as performing the task yourself. In that way, your workload will be reduced and won't be too exhausted after a day's work.
