In a woman's middle stages of life she begins to experience menopause
. This time of her life can be uncomfortable because of night sweats and hot flashes.
When going through menopause many women will tell you about the heat generated from hot flashes. This is accompanied by abundant sweating which can be highly uncomfortable and irritating to a woman.
