One of the scholarships available is the Freecollegescholarship.net's $10,000 scholarship drawing. You have to be at least eighteen years old or older and be a U.S. resident to be eligible to register for this scholarship offer. You get a ticket into the scholarship giveaway by registering at their site. Don't forget to register soon becaue this drawing ends each month.

Eligible students can also apply for the scholarships offered by the Walmart Family Foundation. You can get up to $1,000 pear year for four years of education. You need to have been out of school for at least one year and be a Walmart associate in order to be eligible.

The Walmart Associate Scholarship also provides scholarship money for eligible applicants. To apply, you need to submit a portfolio of work in journalism, humor, as well as dramatic script. Poetry and non-fiction are other types of writing that you can also send in.
