At Total Service Moving Two Small Men With Big Hearts our staff take pride in knowing they are more than just movers.

The public are not always aware of the services that our crews provide. From the front line booking agents who gather all the necessary information to forward to the dispatch office, so that the move will be completed as smoothly as possible. It is very important to provide as much detail to the booking agents as possible.

Once the booking sheet has been completed the information is forwarded to the dispatch office so that the number of crew members and appropriate size of truck are assigned.

The trucks are inspected to ensure that they leave the dispatch yard fully equipped with furniture pads and shrink wrap, tape and whatever tools are needed. The truck will also have a minimum of 5 wardrobes for your use on the day of your move. If you require more than 5 cartons for your hanging clothes then dispatch will provide. By providing the use of these cartons to you at no charge, it reduces the cost of the overall move. We also sell to the public all packing supplies. Sizing and pricing of boxes varies, we also stock tape, paper, furniture pads. Be sure to ask if we have any gently used boxes in stock. This again, will reduce your overall cost.

We do have packing crews available to perform those services if you require.

This service would be completed the day prior to your moving date.

In many cases, people do not have enough time to complete packing their belongings in their homes, so dont hesitate to contact our office and we will schedule a day for your pack.

We also, have the capability to hold your belongings overnite or to unload into a storage area. Storage can be arranged for short or long term.

Remember, we are here to help you receive the most desirable move you can have and take away great memories.

After being involved in the moving industry for a very, very long time we could share so many stories of how our staff have gone over and above what anyone would expect of them. Some would include humor and others would include shoulders to cry on but we think you get the point.
