, allowing disabled drivers to exchange their Mobility allowance for a suitable car of their choice. Most drivers choose contract hire as they like the convenience of a single, regular payment that includes comprehensive insurance, maintenance and breakdown cover.

Peoples Motability in Liverpool have two options available:

Contract Hire - A new car on a three-year contract hire lease

Hire Purchase - A new car on hire purchase, over two to five years

The most popular option is the worry-free Contract Hire Scheme, which includes:

New car every three years

Free tyres

Insurance

Road tax

Servicing, maintenance and repairs

Breakdown cover

Window or windscreen replacement

Advance Payment maybe required

The worry-free policy continues right to the end of your three-year contract with a seamless transfer to your new car.

Hire Purchase Scheme

If you would rather own your car, than replace it every three years then take advantage of any discounts or promotions being run by Ford when you sign for your new vehicle through the Hire Purchase scheme. You make a one-off payment, worked out between you and your Ford Dealer at the beginning of the term, and then use your HRMC-DLA to finance the balance. At the end of the term, you own the car. With this option, the Ford Dealer will make all the necessary arrangements to transfer your allowance to pay for your car.
