Develop the topics you want to speak about: while most of the companies will come up with a topic based on the selected niche. Most companies will choose from their options. However, you have the chance to give them a varying option but which is close to their niche/. In this case, your option must appear strong than the topic they are giving. This makes it more confident to approach the niche and creating list of the niche. This will help you not to repeat what you have already said-a factor that sees most public speakers boring the audience.

The market message: in all that 30 or 40minutes talk, there is a message that you want to put across-right? This means that you have to determine what you want the audience to FINALLY get from the whole thing. Having a market message avoids you talking a lot of irrelevant messages and keeping in pulse with the main message. In other words you will articulate why you have been talking the whole message-what the audience benefits from.

Promote yourself: as much as you would be an inspirational speaker, with the very high competition, you have to promote and let others know what you can deliver a strong touching speech. No matter how strong you maybe, motivational speaking calls for a lot of self promotion.
