, we feel we are poised to enter the commercial market. To further its understanding of the commercial market, the CEO of the company has attended several seminars on various aspects of commercial cleaning. The most recent showcased the differences between carpet cleaning using the encapsulation method and the extraction method. Carpet spotting was also a topic of discussion. Other seminars revealed much information about various pieces of equipment which will give the highest standards of cleaning. The popular "green cleaning methods and chemicals" will not be offered by the company as careful research revealed that the chemicals used in green cleaning, though environmentally preferred, do not provide the best cleaning results.

The company has plans to provide all phases of commercial cleaning including floor stripping and waxing, power scrubbing, burnishing and buffing, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, sealing for any floor type, and regular ongoing maintenance cleaning, The company will hire and train its own personnel to insure the highest standards are maintained. We do not believe hiring outside contractors is in the best interest of our clients. Training will be provided to its employees through computer instruction, various webinars, training videos, hands-on demonstration, and written and oral examinations. Constant research will be undertaken to insure the highest quality cleaning chemicals and cleaning equipment will be made available to company staff in order to remain competitive in the Pittsburgh and surrounding areas markets.

The company will expand its marketing efforts through word of mouth, on line presence, printed media, and social networking. Recent changes to the company web site have included the release of a new Pittsburgh commercial cleaning web page and enhanced web site optimization for certain keywords that clients are likely to use when looking for a Pittsburgh commercial cleaning service. The company has a Facebook business page that can be found at Mr Maid Cleaning. Various contests will be offered to the general public that have shown or expressed an interest in the company by "liking" the business fan page. Contest winners will be given free gifts and may at times receive free cleanings. The contests will be at random times and will vary. The CEO has joined two local chamber of commerce organizations to increase awareness and build a network of business owners that could be potential clients.
