Nobody likes to be ignored, but when the person who is ignoring you happens to be

your ex girlfriend and you know that you still have feelings for her, it can cut pretty deep when you feel like she could care less about you or what you have been up to. It may make you feel kind of confused, having the feelings that you want to get her back while also being ignored by her, but maybe it is not as bad as you think it is.

What does it mean and what should you do when you feel like your ex girlfriend is completely ignoring you?

First, it can mean more than one thing. It may mean exactly what it looks like it means and that is, she just doesn't want a thing to do with you right now. That is going to be true for some situations. For others, it can mean that right now she doesn't know how to act around you and ignoring you is the way that she figures she should act. In these kinds of situations, having your ex girlfriend ignore you isn't always bad. It can be an indication that she still has feelings for you and that she doesn't know how to deal with that and that is the reason why she is acting that way.

What you should do if you find your ex girlfriend ignoring you no matter what the case, is to just act like it doesn't get to you at all. Really, that shouldn't be as much of an act as it is the way that you really feel. I know, it's a lot easier to say that you should just act like it doesn't bother you when your ex girlfriend is ignoring you, but still, that is what you should do.

Why?

Because no matter what, you don't want to let your ex girlfriend have so much power over you and the way that you feel that just the simple act of her not paying attention to you makes you feel bad about yourself. Plus, the reality is that in most situations, her ignoring you just isn't that bad at all and it is something that you kind of just have to expect.

Break ups can be hard to deal with, they can create weird tension for a little while, but that is just the way that it is. Feeling like your ex girlfriend is completely ignoring you can be stressful, however, it does not mean that you don't have a chance to win her back. You do.
