Before you break ground on that big house on the hill, here are some mistakes many new affiliate marketers make and you want to avoid. Avoiding these five tips will help you succeed with my online business strategy.

1. Believing the hype

And yes, I mean the hype promoted by your own program. The estimated revenue that each program shows is only the projections. Although it is possible to make that amount. Will you make that amount in your first month of the program? Probably not. Look at this as a long-term investment for your future, not a way to get rich quickly. Believe in yourself and your ability to make your dreams come true. But do not believe the hype.

2. Expecting instant results with little effort

Expect to work your business and expect to work everyday. If you opened your own neighborhood store, you are expected to go to work every day, will you not? You will expect to have the publicity advertisement and encourage people to come to your store. Well, you just open your own brand new online store, what do you do to make this work? How do you encourage people to come see your product?

3. Lack of a plan and specific objectives

You have probably heard, to plan your work and work your plan. You must have a clear plan and clear objectives that are measurable.
