In this article, I will show my absolute favorite way to strike up conversation with a woman I've just met.

For me, the best way to strike a conversation with a woman is by going directly to her and ask for an opinion on something. Asking for her opinion will allow you to do three things: first, it will allow you to gain an insight into her personality. Second, it will allow you to gain information that will allow you to take the conversation to the next level. And third, the conversation will seem more engaging and interesting since she will feel personally involved from the outset.

For an opinion opener to work, you have to ask an open handed question that cannot be answered by "yes" or "no". Second, if you're approaching a group, make sure that you involve the group as a whole so that none of the member's feels left out and sabotages your approach. It's also very important that you include a false time constraint like, "Hey guys I have to go back to my friends, but I just have one quick question" Groups of women will be more open to you if they know you'll only stick around for a few minutes.

Your question should be about a fun and engaging subject that is somewhat controversial but not offensive. One of my favorites when I'm approaching a large group of women is: "do you really think (insert male movie star name here) is good looking?" or "do you guys believe in destiny?" This one works especially well when you're one on one with a girl and you want to start a profound conversation that will build a strong connection between the two of you.

Judging by her answers, you'll be able to see if she's more pragmatic or romantic which will help you know in which direction you should take the conversation next. It will also help you tell if you have compatible views on life and love in general. Any question that will allow you to delve into the subject of love will be a winner if you have a strong personal view on the subject.

Love is the number one subject you can talk about with a woman. You want to fill her mind with the idea of love so that these feelings can be attached to you. You want to ask her how she feels when she first starts falling for a guy.
